You’ve put in the time, effort, and commitment — but sometimes, despite your best efforts, exam day just doesn’t go to plan. We understand, and we’re here to support you.

With our Pass Assurance, if you don’t pass your NCCQ exam after preparing with our resources, we’ll extend your access to help you retake it with confidence — at no extra cost.

⚠️ Pass Assurance is only available to learners who purchased the Complete Prep Tier or All-Inclusive Tier, which include access to our mock exams, question banks, study plans, and study group support.

✨ Who Can Apply?

You’re eligible for extended access if:

  • You purchased either the Complete Prep Tier or All-Inclusive Tier for NCCQ(UK) preparation.
  • You sat the NCCQ(UK) exam (Theory and Practical).
  • You did not pass one or both papers.
  • You apply within 30 days of receiving your official result.
  • You upload:
  • 📄 Proof of exam registration
  • 💳 Proof of payment
  • 📉 Official exam result (showing you didn’t pass one or both papers)

📦 What You’ll Get (If Approved)

You’re eligible for extended access if:

🔓 Extended access to your NCCQ Study Plan materials (question banks and mock exams) for an additional 3 months.

🧠 Continued use of our revision tools and resources.
💡 Optional guidance to support your exam prep.
⚠️ One-time use only — this policy applies once per NCCQ Tier purchase.

🕒 Processing Time – We aim to respond to all Pass Assurance requests within 3 working days.

👤 Non-Transferable – Extended access is for the original purchaser only and cannot be shared or transferred.

⚠️ Right to Decline – We reserve the right to decline applications that don’t meet the above criteria or are missing required proof.

🗓️ Important Note About NCCQ(UK) Registration

Pass Assurance only applies if you are officially registered and paid for the NCCQ(UK) exam by IHRIM’s stated deadline (e.g., 30 June 2025 for the 16 September 2025 exam).
If you don’t register or do not sit the exam, you are not eligible.

🧠 What If I Only Failed One Paper?

You’re still eligible.
If you passed one paper but failed the other (e.g., Theory or Practical), you can still request Pass Assurance and receive extended access to continue preparing for your resit.

🔁 Can I Use Pass Assurance More Than Once?

Pass Assurance is valid for one claim per purchase of either the Complete Prep Tier or All-Inclusive Tier.

If you fail the NCCQ(UK) exam and use your Pass Assurance to extend access, but then fail again during your resit, you’ll need to repurchase the same or a higher prep tier to qualify for a new Pass Assurance claim.

Each eligible purchase includes:

  • One full Pass Assurance opportunity
  • Continued support based on your most recent result
