  2. Consumption Over 10% or Past 14 Days
    • Once you have consumed 10% or more of the course content, or 14 days have elapsed since your purchase (whichever occurs first), you will no longer be eligible for a refund—unless otherwise specified under an authorized refund guarantee separate from any Pass Assurance Guarantee.
  3. Prerecorded Content
    • The above 14-day/10% usage provision also applies to any prerecorded videos or audio included in your course. If you exceed the 10% threshold or the 14-day period, no refunds will be issued unless otherwise specified.

2.2 Membership or Subscription Services

  1. Monthly/Annual Subscriptions
    • Subscriptions may be canceled at any time, but refunds will only be granted if you cancel within the first 7 days of your initial subscription. After this period, no refunds for partially used billing cycles will be provided.
  2. Free Trials
    • If your subscription begins with a free trial, you must cancel before the trial period ends to avoid charges. Once the trial ends, standard subscription cancellation rules apply.

2.3 Physical Products

If you purchase physical products from us, refunds or replacements may be issued if the item is returned in its original, unused condition within 14 days from the date of delivery. You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product was defective upon arrival. Proof of purchase may be required.
